OS Observer is intended for the management of your personal device fleet or corporate devices with explicit employee consent. Illegal monitoring or unauthorized surveillance is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the Command Center access.

Service access is granted based on your chosen plan tier. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as defined in your plan details. You may deactivate your Command Center at any time via the billing portal.

DX-SYSTEMS (the "Provider") provides the OS Observer platform "as is". While we strive for absolute reliability, the Provider is not liable for data loss or service interruptions caused by external factors such as target device connectivity or hardware failure.
