Subject to the terms of this Agreement, DX-SYSTEMS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the OS Observer platform and its associated mobile integration software solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

You shall not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software.
• Use the platform for any illegal surveillance or unauthorized data capture.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software.
• Bypass any security measures or encryption protocols.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DX-SYSTEMS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
